学生映画祭の紹介
ザ・ネクスト・フィルムフェスティバル The Next Film Festival＜デンマーク＞
デンマークの若者映画祭で、若手映像作家の登竜門になっている。
2014年にU21部門で最高賞を受賞したTone Ottiliesは2021年のサンダンス映画祭で特集が組まれ、
ベルリン国際映画祭のGeneration 14plusでも上映されるなど国内外でも注目を浴びている。
NPO法人映画甲子園主催高校生のためのeiga worldcup＜日本＞
高校生の自主制作映画の全国コンクール。名だたる映画監督や脚本家、美術監督、編集ディレクターなど総勢20名による審査が行われる。応募作品対しては作品ごとにメールで審査のコメントやアドバイスの個別指導を行うなど、映像作家の育成にも尽力している。
2014年に最優秀作品賞を受賞した松本花奈監督は、『明け方の若者たち』『キスカム！～COME ON,KISS ME AGAIN！～』ほか、映画、TV、MV、広告、写真など幅広いジャンルで活躍中。
Greetings everyone at the Miyukino snow-theatre film festival! My name is Pekka Orpana and I am the Finnish Ambassador to Japan. I wanted to send you this short message of encouragement and support. The past twelve months have not been easy for anyone of us and I know you've had a lot of difficulties in organising this year's festival. I would like to support you, Hashimoto-san, and all who are engaged in making the festival a success. Please do continue your important work also for next year. I already look forward to the 14th Miyukino Snow Festival that will be well held with the snow theater in February 2022.
I know that the The Miyukino Festival always tries to make the event an opportunity for mutual understanding between different cultures - and points of view - through the medium of movies. This activity is ever more important between young people in Japan and in Finland now that travel between our countries has been temporarily halted because of the pandemic. Movies are a magical form or entertainment. As you can get immersed into a movie you can travel to other counties, cross continents and bridge divides. I hope you enjoy the films on offer this year and when the situation allows, visit Finland yourself. I wish you a successful festival! Thank you!
